The homes are built to meet or exceed the minimum standard of the Uniform Building Code (UBC), the International Building Code (IBC) and the International Residential Code (IRC) issued by the State of Colorado. Each builder will provide at least a one-year full warranty. The cost per square foot is generally 20-30% less than "on-site" construction and takes 50% less time.
